Well, our first Monty Python something completely different moment of the
day. But, it does pose the question of why it takes three hours to secede
from anything, the Lybian rebel army?, the United States of America?, a
union organization? On the other hand, once the attempt to secede is made,
wouldn't one want to know if it were deemed to be a successful secession?
