Not sure I understand 

If I work all year to achieve emerald - say I get my 15,000 by December as I am not a local then I lose all my tier points in January and have to start over and lose my emerald status? How long are you Allowed to keep emerald status once achieved.

Those of us who played 1/1/18-6/30/18 to earn emerald status were entitled to retain that status through 12/31/18.and to earn 3X points on any machine during that period. You arbitrarily changed the program on 8/27/18, so that we now earn 1/2  point instead.

Additionally, through 7/1-8/26, you led us to believe that if we earned emerald status during the next 6 month period we would continue to earn 3X points commencing 1/1/19, even though you knew you were changing the program.

The very least you should do is allow us to retain emerald status and earn 3X points through February 28,2019, should we continue patronizing your casinos
