Sometime u just miss the cut by a few points.  In that case a host can help, I believe.


I have heard of player that had their cash bonus $$ being cashed without 
playing except for free play.   Happened over a month.  No more offers next month.
  He talked to host. They labeled the player an undesirable player. Happened in AC. 
 Host straightened things out..  The guy suspected a "friend" raided his free play and 
cash back.  Host didn't have interest in who raided, just fixed the thing.
