Hi there.

I seem to remember at least one jurisdiction that treated the bonus money as 1099 income. Same as a drawing win. In fact, I think they could treat small wins as 1099.  Don't  worry though, if they do notices will be in mail in January .  Naturally, I believe, today with free play awards no paper work is needed.
