I think so, when compared to zero fee when you get your cash from a bank teller prior to going to a casino. And typically, players who use casino ATM's once do so regularly--and multiple times per visit. The fees add up.

Not a bad idea....for the El Cortez & the Cash Advance company that runs
their ATM's. Charge outrageous fees, get gamblers to withdraw and likely
play money they didn't plan on playing, and give them some token free play
to boot.

NEVER use casino ATM's.
