The Action Gaming Triple Play patent has been used to challenge certain games in the past. It is not, however, a vehicle to challenge all multi-line games. The primary feature of the patent (in my non-lawyer opinion) is that when you hold one or more cards in one hand before the draw, those cards are automatically held in other hands. In Winning Streak the cards move up AFTER the draw (I think --- I concentrated on looking at other games in the WMS booth this year and didn't look at that one.) Also, Multi Strike is not an Action Gaming. It was developed by Leading Edge Design. Five Play Multi Strike is a joint-effort between Action Gaming and Leading Edge Design. Also, Action Gaming now prefers to call themselves videopoker.com Bob
