I know the Gold Coast has a 10,000 point max and I was told by the boothlings at Suncoast there was no maximum.

Some casinos will mark your account as "on vacation" and your mailers are supposed to resume at your pre-vacation levels when you return. Checking with your host and/or the slot club booth is a good idea.
