>>Doyle Brunson, early in his marriage, learned that the answer to that
question should always be, "Oh, about even."<<
In this case, all you'd have to say is, "I hit a Royal today...do the
math."
or
"If you were down there playing next to me like a good wife instead of
hanging out in the room all day, you'd know how I was doing....see you in
Divorce Court."
or
"Look here, woman, asking questions about how I'm doing in the short term
is just plain stupid...How could I possible be a winner if I'm running at a
loss over my lifetime of play, so you know good and doggone well how I'm
doing. Thanks for ruining another vacation. See you in Divorce Court."
Good thing there's "no right or wrong answer to this question".

Not different at all just a different level of accuracy to make sure the casino is honest or for personal reference. Ive seen people keep accurate records of flushes and full houses. To each his own but it is no different. Ive seen quite a few oddities in poker over the years and took records on a few of them in the 100s of thousands of hands. How much do you actually play Bob? Id like to know that someone talking about poker and math actually has put some time in. I probably average 1.5-2 million hands a year at the least.
