No, we have neither one been 86'd from a casino. However, we have been put
on a "no-mail list" a few times.

We have escaped more severe casino actions, I think, because we have never
played VP "full-time" and, back when we did play more than we do now, we
always spread our action around among many casinos, never "camping" for
hours at a time at one casino.
