22 questions, actually. My high playing slot playing friend didn't get one. Nice to able to vent. They want to know what they can change to bconnected to make me visit Boyd properties more...they don't get it...won't be going there AT ALL.

Did tell them I used to almost exclusively visit their properties, now I specifically AVOID them.
When I stayed there at Boyd prop. In December, ran into the GM of two of their properties, and vented to him for 20 minutes; he took my name and number, and promised to get back to me in a day or so (this was on a Friday night).

I am still waiting.

They may not care, given their recent big profits.

[vpFREE] "Regional Video Poker Survey" From Boyds

 

Just received a 20+ question survey on video poker from Boyd.  Guess they may miss me.  Plenty of opportunities to tell them why we play somewhere else.  It was great to be able explain why we haven't set a foot in a Boyd property since they decided VP players were not welcome.
