Damn. I think I'm going back to what I made my parents do as a kid-block up the doorway with the chair and suitcases.

Just an FYI: There is no vpFREE2 forum. vpFREE2 is the video poker
database. This forum is a vpFREE forum and is a separate entity from
vpFREE2 (the database).

Discussions about video poker inventories and the database are
certainly appropriate here, but the vpFREE2 database site owner
doesn't necessarily read this forum. So if anyone has general feedback
for them, be sure to use the Contact Us link on vpFREE2.com to tell
them about it.

[vpFREE] Re: Foxwoods NSUD:Can I get a tiny bit of help from someone with VP software?

You're right about 100% games existing in Illinois for awhile, since VPFree mentions that Casino Queen dropped 10/7 DB to 239(SF&5-K)/10/7 in Dec. 2003. And 10/7 DB lasted at Jumer's until early 2009. But 16/10 DW44 w/STP doesn't exist anywhere in the US unless you are keeping a secret from us! lol

http://www.vpfree2.com/casino/casino-queen/comments/4
http://www.vpfree2.com/casino/jumers-rock-island/comments/2

However, under CURRENT state gaming law, no machine is allowed to be > 100% unless otherwise approved by the Administrator. So there is technically a loophole and 100% games could exist in the future, but expecting them to apply for an exception would be totally delusional.

Deadbolts are worthless as protection. It's child's play to open a deadbolt from the outside of a hotel door for someone who truly wants to. I won't bother linking to the dozens of YouTube videos that show how to do it. But as long as the door handle on the inside of the room automatically turns the deadbolt too, it's no protection at all.

All you're really doing with those is keeping drunk opportunists out of your room. They don't stop professional thieves. The way you stop professional thieves is to not become a target in the first place.

RE: [vpFREE] Re: Scot Krause's Real Deals - 28 MAY 2013

Really can't go on mailers on from them anymore. Many of those are not
always open the general public and apply to only those who received the
mailer. Now Boyd is also limiting many of their bonus points "for local's
only" too.

I received my Boyd mailer and it says Monday Multipliers of 10X for slots
and 5X for Video Poker. No further details given. Also Tuesday same
multipliers valid 4PM - 10PM.

[vpFREE] Re: LVRJ: Burglaries not uncommon at Las Vegas hotels

Cashing out a ticket or chips or screaming "I'm a winner, everybody look at me!" would be obvious tells. But valuables always need to be held close, when sleeping, under the pillow is best. Portable door alarms are probably a great idea, as is a CCW. Another idea is to lose the trackers and not sleep or park at the casino you win at.

Perhaps she was too "stupid" in not asking for another room, but the article SAYS the deadbolt was broken.

I can't imagine ANYONE not putting the deadbolt or chain on, especially when going to sleep. Even "stupid" people aren't THAT stupid.

Of course, if you're drunk, all bets are off.
