It was the newer Pick-a-Pair MG slant tops in the back of the Keno area that I was playing. But I called it Pick'em. Thanks for the info on the point differential between the older PE machines versus the newer PAP machines. I did not know that.

Without a four-of-a kind in PE or PAP it's rare to walk away a winner (though I've done it on rare occasions).
The entire time I was making no hands on the machine I kept thinking boy I'm lucky I'm not playing for $1.00 x 5 (which is what I usually play back in CT). Otherwise I would have dropped nearly $2,000 very quickly.

The weekends were busy most places, but I think what used to be 3, 4 and 5 day trips have been reduced by a day or two. In addition I'd guess the average money spent per person per day is down.
